i love tacos. and these are easy. i don’t have a recipe, i don’t follow directions with these. it’s just, chuck meat, a small onion chopped, garlic, cilantro, crushed red flakes, and salt and pepper. i brown the meat and the onion + spices for 10 minutes or so, then i put that mixture into my tiny crock pot. and 6-8 hours later. amazing taco meat.

i serve them with warmed corn tortilla, home made pico de gallo, jack cheese, and shredded cabbage (very important, cabbage, not lettuce).
