while shopping for groceries on wednesday an older lady and i started chatting in line about what we were going to make for thanksgiving. we kept talking. i think the gentleman in front of us was getting annoyed, especially, when the lady gasped at how much the gentleman’s bill was. ($97) – he said, “it’s so expensive to entertain!” he was buying bottles of grey goose and some mixers.
as she was paying her bill, i cut off the cashier (when i am excited, which is often, i am thoughtless) and said ‘omgosh are those comfortable?!!!!@?!” she was wearing puma flats. i use to always wear puma flats. always, always always. then, puma made a horrible little flat with no support that i never returned and never really wore.
later that day while i was doing school again i went to zappos and found that pair. i had my shoes by thursday evening, and i am now a believer in puma again. they’re so comfortable. i ordered the black ones. the older lady had on the red+pink ones. i want to order those next.
they’re called ‘sneakerina’, they’re $65, available at zappos. and they come in a lot of colors. the black is as sparkly as the picture, which i think is great because it’s the season.
