 we were playing with acrylics over the weekend, my boyfriend made that as he was working on a canvas i gave him. i absolutely love it. i am busy - wrapping gifts. making peppermint bark, gift tags. framing and matteing things. favorite time of the year? it is becoming such - simply because i love to make things.

 mike and i finally started on the tree! it's not finished, but it'll have to wait until my final critiques are over (thursday!). we found the branches behind a drug testing center, on a street called oak.. & we ran out of lights.

 i’ve been studying drawing since the beginning of this year. it’s not really something i can do at all. but i can honestly say with all the practice, about 8-12 hours a week i have definitely improved. for my final project for drawing & composition i had to recreate a master. i’m super amazed at how it turned out.
